1 yr ago I changed my bad eating habits and began exercising. I ride a stationary bike 5 days a week 30 minutes plus warm up and cool down. Then I do some type of exercise routine, a DVD or online fitness routines. I have lost 10 lbs over 1 year but I am not getting any more fit. I don't need to lose more wt but I still have a jiggly butt, muffin top etc. what am I doing wrong? My exercises challenge me but I rarely feel sore after working out. I am discouraged. I would think I should look better than this after a year. Any ideas?
