Help!

Hey so I'm 16, roughly 200lbs and 6'1 (183cm) tall. And I've decided it's time a lost some weight. I used to be pretty fit but I've been lazy and consequently I'm overweight now.

I regularly do sports but I don't think that's enough.

I do not have a fitness plan so I was wondering if anyone could help me make one?

I have a gym members ship so I have access to lots of different types of gym equipment.

I want to go down to 180lb or even below that. I have a lot of fat around my thighs, legs and stomach so can anyone tell me what kinda training I should do to turn that into muscle and a 6pack :)

I would also like to build on my biceps so i would be grateful if anyone could help me deciding how I would do that ( such as what weights to use etc.)

So i'm new to training however if you could possibly give me some tips and advice on the quantity i should do each week and what types of training than that would be fantastic!

also possibly how many calories I should be consuming each day?
