Hey guys I need your help. I am a personal trainer and have a problem, I had to stop training to take a job that payed better due to my daughter being born premature and alot of hospital bills. With the new job came alot of traveling and eating out all the time and I have gained alot of weight and it's time to cut it off and what I need to know is does anyone know of a super fast way to cut the weight? I am back to a healthy eating plan and workout 6-7 days a week and like I said I am a personal trainer so I have a full understanding of the "right way" and im a firm believer in the healthy way I just simply do not have the time as I am goin to start training again as soon as I can get rid of the excess weight.... I'm very desperate in finding the absolute fastest way to lose the weight whatever means nesessary and then go bk to to a maintaining healthy lifestyle.....
