Help

Hi

I'm new to the forum here, I used to be very fit 75kg 6 foot tall almost no body fat.

Then a motorbike accident put me out of action for a while, after that I just never went back into the sports/exercise routine I used to have.

Now I'm 28 years old 8 years down the line 120kg wanting to pick up the pieces and work out how to start....I do NOTHING literally, I work at a job where I sit all day and eat all day.

Then go home and sit all night and eat all night.

I want to change....

How do I start....

My muscles have what I can only describe as some level of atrophy..I get out of breath extremely quick and have very little to no endurance, I used to take my fitness for granted, now I am sorry I ever stopped taking care of it.
Help me please.
