help!!!

Hey guys

I really need help. I'm new here but I joined because I can get advice. A few months back I got a sixpak and I was real proud of it. it looked great and it took me a long time.

However now I got loadsa pressure from my parents and exam stress led me to stop working out for a while. Although I was proud, now I feel I lost everything as my parents really wanted me to stop.
I'm desperate to gain back my proudest possession and feel good again. At the moment I have olevels coming up but really want to start working out( possibly at a lesser intensity) and still get a sixpak.

Please help me and give me guidelines to get my body back. pls help me.
 
OK you're young, life is only going to get harder and harder as you get older, make your workouts quick, you could even do these in your room.
Do pushups, pullups (using those cheap bars you hang on a door frame), plank holds and body weight squats (or hold something heavy, like a kid sister or something!)
These exercises require very little space, no fancy equipment, and you can squeeze them in throughout the day.
Hold the plank for as long as you can, and squeeze the heck out of your midsection, try to squeeze your belly button through your back, and just hold it. You'll get that six pack back!
 
Hi there :)

You're obviously young. With stress and all that, I can imagine your diet might not be the best? If this is the case, keep a food diary and see where you are going wrong. Then you can start on exercises
