help?

I Have An Ab Lounge, Curl Bar, Dumb Bells, Weight Bench and a TreadMill.
I Want to know if i should bulk or if i should cut. And what it looks like my body fat is. Also i've worked out on and off MAINLY off for 3 years probably and i lose motivation.. Is there any ways you all know of to STAY motivated.

Can you Help Me and Explain what i should be eating and How i should go about bulking/cutting.

Max Bench is 180-200lbs
Curl One Arm 40-50 lbs
And i've never really squatted much and i dont know what my max is.

Im 17 years old.
I Smoke.
I Drink MAYBE 6-7 Bottles of water a day or more.

Shoulders: 43 1/2 IN
Chest: 39 IN
Biceps: 14 IN
Stomach: 33 1/2 IN
Height: 5 FT 10 IN
Weight- 165-170
 
What is your workout like? Your body fat is a little higher than you would want (you won't be able to see abs very well with it this high.) but is OK. You have some muscle mass but maybe you should bulk for eight weeks then cut so you are trim for summer. When bulking just up the caloric intake to 300-500 above your maitenance level. When cutting, lower it and maybe some cardio. When cutting lift heavy to ensure minimum muscle loss.
If you want instant motivation try cutting first because you will look a lot more muscular and defined than you do now.
 
no offence mate but you have nothing to cut,you really do need to bulk eat right and lift cosistantly(?) try starting a journal it may help with motivation.

Thanks for the replies.. I'll try the journal thing. I'll start bulking today and post pics like every two weeks? I Used to be bigger but i took it as just being fat and stopped eating. NoSweatNoGlory, I Just got a mirror to look at myself while I work out to help motivate me but that didnt work either lol. Normally, I feel motivated like after i do a really hard workout until muscle failure usually because everything looks more ripped and my chest look huge. Also for the record i wasnt flexing in those pic's lol. I'll post some later where i am.. I Have good Shoulders but thats about the only thing haha.
 
progress pics every two weeks will hardly show anything, unless you have gained a lot of fat. take pics every 2 months i would say, or maybe even more depending on how long the bulk will last.
 
spending a little money on protein supplements like MUSCLE MILK or LEAN BODY ready to drink shakes always helped my psyche. get a couple of twelve packs, its really a good tasting treat.
