I would like some help. I am a member of the AF Reserve, and I have never passed our Fitness Exam. Now I am heading to Iraq in Sept and need to pass by Aug. That includes doing 49 Pushups (I can do 10) 45 crunches (again 10) and run 1.5 miles in 9:48 or less...last time was 13:00+ oh yeah, it would really help to lose about 6-7 inches off my gut (currently 43+ inches) I am 35 y/o, 6 foot and about 265 lbs...AF says I should weigh 205 for my height...Am I expecting too much too quick?? Any hints or tips would help!!!
