Hey I'm 14, 5ft 11" and weigh about 170. I want to be the Running Back on my high school football team and I think I need to build a little muscle/lose a little weight. Please Help. Also, I don't have acsese to a Gym.

Welcome to the forum.

I suggest to make a diary or journal of your own in the right section of the of the form, to ask questions, and then input your diet and training routine. This is good place to start your journey. You can name it something like: "Kicken back to be a Running Back", alot of persons view these, and you will get alot of assistance I am sure.

This is the right place for this question, I was just making a suggestion to help you along.

Make it and I will follow......you over......and help ya out......
