I'm a 15 years old male, and I signed up for high school church Olympics, (not like real Olympics, this one revolves more around running.) And quickly found out that I am the most out of shape person on my team. I was under the impression this was just fun and games, but it seems as though it's an extremely serious event. I don't believe I'm obese, but it's no doubt I'm out of shape. I just slightly exceed my BMI. I don't want to be a thorn in my teams side. If any of you have any ideas on how to get in shape rather quickly please help. Pain and sudden diet change doesn't matter, I'm pretty much game for anything. Thank you so much for your help
