Help!

AHi everyone, my name is Audri. Im 22 and I decided to start losing weight january 1st 2011, I lost 76.6 pounds total. As of december 13th I've not been able to lose anything. I also have tmj, basically when you chew your jaw hits your skull and creates pain in your face it can almost feel like an ear infection sometimes, it's just something that you have to deal with, anyway sometimes the tylenol I take to help the pain has naproxen in it, it makes you hungry so you eat more. I had an ear infection last year in july and from taking it gained 11 pounds in 3 days. Well I lost that, but it flared up in december and I gained 10 pounds, I dont know if its because of the naproxen but I re-lost it all except I keep going back and forth with 5-7 pounds, but ive been in the weight room quite a bit,but always do cardio too. I have noticed ALOT of toning, so it could be that im gaining muscle. But if im gaining muscle how long will it take to start losing again, its frustrating and im not sure what to do (p.s I've been through a plateau before and I dont think its that) any advice is welcome, I just want to get past this!!!
 
AHello! I have had similar situatio when I was excerxising and gaining weight. The solution was simple: my trainer told me not to eat at least for couple of hours after going to the gym (a piece of fruit was ok except for bananas), and after that-not to eat protein food. So I started doing that. I did not eat for couple of hours and after i would have just veggies. It was great strategy for leaning:) On the other hand I am not sure if this approach is healthy...
