I need help finding a workout for my love handles and thighs i know a few but I'm not really seeing a difference.
Ive been working out for almost 3 months and I only lost 11 pounds and now I'm at a stand still its really killing my motivation and it makes me think i cant do it. My boyfriend keeps telling me to stop checking my weight because I'm gaining muscle and gaining muscle well help with my weight lost. But I never listen.

PLEASE HELP ME!
 
That's just how weight loss goes. Your weight will fluctuate up and down and sometimes it will seem like you aren't getting anywhere for several weeks. But if you're eating healthy and exercising regularly, you'll see a general downward trend in your weight while you gain muscle, lose fat, and tone up.

Try not to get discouraged by the numbers. They don't matter as much as how you look and feel. Stick with it. You can only fail if you quit!
 
I agree with odds - it you get too obsessed with it then you'll be waiting far too long to see the results - to be able to maintain the loss when you reach your goal you will still need to be maintaining a healthy life style - so in the mean time, focusing on creating new habits and feeling positive about the weight you have lost will help that motivation continue for the rest.
BTW - Great work on your loss to date!!!!!

Well today I decided to start doing zumba to help keep me motivated because dancing is something i love to do and it will help me lose weight.
