help

i am currently trying to get bigger and stronger but also get a six pack i already have some what of a 4 pack and would like to get the full 6 but will it be ok if i do just sprints(to get faster) on workout days and HIIT on non workout days will theis be ok and will this help my abs show with the right nutrition and workout?
or is it impossible to get bigger and stronger and get a six pack at the same time?
