help

I'm trying to get back in shape but its hard, i do a lot of cardio 45 min to 60 min of( bike, treadmill and elliptical machines) three times a week for a month now. But i haven't see any difference. Any advice I"ve also changed eating habits.

any ideas are helpful
 
in order to give advice better please list your stats (age, weight, height, activity level) and also give a break down of your diet.
