Okay, I have about 15-ish pounds to lose.
But I want to lose atleast 10 by my birthday, in 20 days.
Is that even remotely possible?
If I consumed about 500-900 calories a day, ran for 2 hours, and did alot of basic excercising.
Would I see results?

10 lbs in 20 days is n ot a realistic healthy goal..

500-900 calories a day -- yeah you'll see results but and notthe results you'd want to have - plus you won't have a whole lot of energy to enjoy your birthday.

Spend some time reading the stickied threads -and go about losing weight in a healthy sensible manner... so that it will stay off.

Especially given that you are 15 years old... at this age your body is still developing and changing you need proper nutrition and sensible exercise

Yeah - good advice, Maleficent. April, you should be careful how you treat your body at that age, especially since you haven't had a chance to really discover it!

The best thing you can do for yourself is to make sure you get a healthy and well balanced eating habits, and are doing active things every day. I'd probably be lynched for saying this, but if you have the above two, and you keep active, you can leave the gym for a little later in life - trust me you'll have plenty of time for that - LOL.

Maleficent, I'm new here, but I have to say for a "resident meanie" you're very sensible and you give very good balanced advice ;o)
