help

i am trying to develop a six pack and have a little fat over them u can see a 4 pack some what but it needs more defigning along with the total lower half of my abs
what can i do to get rid of this? i know good nutrition and cardio and ab exercise
how many days a week do i need to do cardio?
what do i need to do for definition?especially lower abs

also i used to be fat and im currently really small compared to my body about 2 years ago and and only fat i havent lost is the fat on my chest( i have lost some but some still remains) i still sorta have man boobs and i need help with this what should i do to get rid of the remaining fat?

You got two out of three. Ab exercises dont give you abs, a full body workout is number three. Through those three you will help to reduce body fat, thereby making your abs visible.

That will also answer your boobs question.
Cardio is fine two to three times a week combined with strength training a few times also.
