hey there
i have a question...and i really need desperate help. i have been jogging daily for 9 year, i have a tonned abs, arms, but i just cant seem to lose the knee fat and my thighs look horrible. i just dont know what to do..i dont eat breat, or sweets, i dont eat in the night...and i can say i am pretty lean. but i just cant wear short pants and dresses because of my problem. pls help me:-s

What are your current stats? age, height, weight
How many calories a day are you taking in?

Do other members of your family have issues with lower body fat?

and what else are you doing exercise wise besides jogging?

well, my age: 22 in 13 july 23, height 1,66 cm , kg 51. my mom has a bit of fat problem, but i am mostly like my father, he is kindda lean and he is 62:) my measurements are : 91-59-88//..so i dont really have a weight problem, just about that area around my knees and thighs....i do crunches, and i walk a lot daily, about 1 hour besides jogging:) im a lost case arent i?:(
