Ok, I need help, I read somewhere in this forum that you guys could help me.
Ok I am 21 yrs old, 6'1 and I weigh about 215 lbs. give or take some. I dont know my BMI, but I think I am overweight. I work 7-5 m-f at advance auto parts (driver) I am trying to work out an exercise plan and stick to it. As far as what I eat...*twitch* .. well it isnt healthy. I eat 4-5 times a day, 3 large meals, 2 small ones. Usually involving eggs for breakfast, or cereal, with two turkey sandwiches on wheat bread for lunch. and for dinner, it is either hamburger helper, or more sandwiches. In between, I have 1 pack of ramen. I also drink 4-5 bottles of water a day. I am looking to lose weight, not all of it, but most of it, so I can just tone the rest into muscle.

your diet seems to need the most work -it seems very high in sodium to me -and not that high in anything really nutritious...

Get yourself an account at and use it to keep track of your calories -it takes a bit of effort first recording, but it's worth it in the long run.

Ditch the ramen -there is NOTHING healthy about that at all -get yourself some fruit instead..

eggs for breakfast aren't neccessarily bad but if it's a going oiut breakfast it's the 2lbs of lard that they're cooked in that's the problem as well as the bacon/sausage and whatnott hat's served with it...

Adding in some vegetables would be a good thing -the lettuce and tomato on the turkey sammich don't really count as a serving of vegetables :) and the dehydrated whatever i the hamburger helper don't either :D
