hi everyone
ok, lets get straight to the point;
i am female and weigh 55kg, which is the average weight for my height, which is 162 cm. i am quite flabby though, as i have unwanted fat on my arms, back, curves and belly. i have been sticking to a healthy diet, and excersizing about 3-4 times a week. I have also been getting up off the couch and being less lazy, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc, etc.
But for some reason, i seem to have GAINED more flab! i really dont know what ive done wrong! can someone reccomend diets and excersizes, as well as foods i could avoid!
 
my diet

breakfast; bowl of cereal with full cream milk , o.8 grams of fat

snacks; apples or bananas 2x

lunch; soup, usually vegetable or chicken, home made

snack; apple, grapefruit or banana, or a handful of nuts

dinner; alwyas homemade, consists of meat, rice, potatoes or pasta, and a salad or vegetables
