Hey, I am new to the site and i am seeking some help. I am 16 years old and i used to be about 160 pounds 2 years ago. I wasn't huge but i had a lot of extra fat was basically chubby. I Then lost a lot of weight and went down to 130. Even though i was skinny if i grabbed my sides or my stomach, chest i seem to have a lot i can pull on. I am now back to 150 most being muscle i am no longer fat i like how i look now with cloths on. But i still have this extra skin or i don't know what it is i can pull. I hate this because my stomach and chest muscles arnt showing through. I have done multiple sit ups and chest exercises and even running for months now and i don't know what to do it doesn't seem to be working. I mean do you think i just need to grow into it more. Because i certainly am not done growing.
