I sprained my ankle and can't go on walks for awhile. I'm worried about exercing. I was wondering what I could do for exercise without putting strain on my ankle. Thanks!
Weights would be good, sit-ups and stuff. Maybe some work with an exercise ball...if you don't already have one, they don't cost very much. I hope it gets better soon.

Dariqueen gave some good suggestions already. Another thing to try is chair exercises. Like, do leg lifts (either bent knee or straight-legged) while doing cardio-type arm movements. You'd be surprised how much a sweat you can work up while sitting down.
