I am 26 years old I am 5'0 I weigh about 130 pounds. I have 2 kids ages 5 and 2.5 I work full time, I also have a part time job and go to school. I am a single mom so I don't have much time to really do anything else. I would like some advice on working out. I do most of my work outs at home. The thing is I do not have much time to do any cardio. It is to cold outside to take my kids out walking or to do anything outside. I do some light weight training with a pilates video. I eat pretty healthy and I do not eat a lot. I guess my question is how can I lose about 10 pounds and what kind of stuff can I do that will fit into my lifestyle?
