Hi I am 5'0 130 pounds. I just had a baby and I would like to get my body back to 115 pounds where I have been all my life. I am having a lot of trouble motavating myself and staying away from good food!! I also don't have a lot of time on my hands. I have a 4 year old and a 8 month old I work full time and I go to school part time. I am eating light but I dont work out. My main target is my tummy and my arms I have always had big arms which I hate!!! I want to slim out my tummy I feel like I am wide. So if anyone is out there that can help me please do!!!!!
