Help!!!

Hi I am 5'0 130 pounds. I just had a baby and I would like to get my body back to 115 pounds where I have been all my life. I am having a lot of trouble motavating myself and staying away from good food!! I also don't have a lot of time on my hands. I have a 4 year old and a 8 month old I work full time and I go to school part time. I am eating light but I dont work out. My main target is my tummy and my arms I have always had big arms which I hate!!! I want to slim out my tummy I feel like I am wide. So if anyone is out there that can help me please do!!!!!

Do you have a husband or good friend to babysit at night? I took aerobic classes when my baby turned two...after a while I got a bike at home and exercise videos. That's what worked for me.........

You can also become a weekend warrier. Make sure you get a good workout while they're watching cartoons or something.

Or, with them - take your kids to the park and run with them. Or while they're playing, do jump roping and hula hooping. You CAN work it out!
 
Well. You have two ways of doing it.

1. You can really pay attention to what you are eating and the 4 year old, 8 month old, full-time job and school will take care of your activity, but you have to pay attention to your eating habits.

2. You make time for yourself. You take one day that you can go workout or run or walk- whatever you want. Maybe even get a treadmill in the house and start by using it during that one time out of the week you have chosen, but you have to make time for yourself- you can figure it out. Just do it.
