Help? workout schedule.

hey just wondering if anyone could give me some advice/help/tips for me. i'm 18 years old, from Singapore and plays basketball. I'm moderately fit, not very strong or anything and is just trying to start working out so i can get into a basketball youth team at the end of the year! so my workout's something like that, its a split 4 day workout.

MONDAY - Chest
Biceps
Abs
TUESDAY - Back
Traps
Obliques
THURSDAY - Shoulders
Abs
Chest
FRIDAY - Calves
Obliques
Legs

I didn't see a day for Triceps. How about something like this which is sort of similar to what you already have?

Mon- Chest, Shoulders, Tri's
Tues- Back, Bi's, Legs
Thurs- Chest, Shoulders, Tri's
Frid- Back, Bi's, Legs

You can play around with that - maybe save legs on Friday alone- whatever works with your schedule. You can throw your ab exercises in any or all of those days if you'd like.
 
hmm ok. cause i thought when you work out your chest with like bench presses, dips, pushups and stuff. you usually hit your triceps as well. ok ill add it in! and ill try to see if your workout plan works! i have very limited time. haha!

You are right, you do work your tri's but as an assistant to your pecs. Not as a prime mover.
