Help with weight

Hi, im 14 6'2 and 177 pounds.. I started going on a diet with exercises about 2 months ago (for about 2 weeks i swam 100 laps in an about 22-30 ft. pool. Amazingly in that time i dropped from 188-178 in about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks and ive maintained below 180 for the past month but for some reason i just cant drop down to 175! Let me give you a little something of what my days foods would be:

Breakfast: 3-4 Eggs with hot sauce and OJ

Lunch - 1 slice of pizza with 20 grapes, water, and an apple

Dinner - (changes everyday but probably stays around 20-30 carbs)

And almost everyday i've been doing 20 120 yard sprints and i still look in the mirror and im overweight.. HELP IS NEEDED!
 
and you didn't lose 10lbs in 10 days. probably your starting weight was several pounds high due to your bad diet, and your end weight was taken at a time when you had less water retention and empty bowels.

175lbs is about perfect weight for a 6'2" male.
