Help With Weight Loss

Hey Guys

I'm new to the forum. Just wondering if you guys could help me out on a thing or two. For the majority of my life i've been a pretty big boy, (weight wise). I'm 15 now, 5'10 and weigh 100kgs. I'm from Australia, with Tongan heritage & all my mates say that's why i'm big, as people from Tonga are generally big.

Although it may be the case as to why i'm big, i find it hard to believe that i can't lose my weight.

The bottom half of my body, ie calves, quads etc are all in rock solid shape, as i played rugby for quite some time, which made me have big legs. Also, my arms are in quite good shape.

The main area where i want to lose weight is obviously in my gut & chest.

If you guys could help me out by informing me on the QUICKEST way of losing weight, it'd be really appreciated.

I enjoy most types of cardio, specifically swimming & cycling, i just don't know how to incorporate them into loosing weight & how much i should do, ect.

Anyway, if you guys could get back to me soon it'd be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

ps: i can't join a gym, as i'm only 15 and gyms where i live only accept you if your 16.

So what I'm going to tell you may seem counter intuitive, but since what you've done so far hasn't worked, hear me out:

You need to start lifting heavy weights. Cardio is not going to help you lose fat nearly as much as high weight, low rep weight lifting. Here is a great intro resource.

I wrote this guide for people just like you (and me) who wanted a great intro that was no bull****, and wouldn't waste your time. I also got absolutely no results from cardio, it takes a totally different approach it turns out! Take a look, and feel free to PM me (or email me info@fiverulesweightloss.com) if you have any questions!
