Help with weight loss!

Hi there i am new to this forum and i am looking for a bit of help. :)

Right here's the low down, i'm 6.1 ft tall and weigh 90kg, i have good shoulder and arm and forearm strength from bmxing almost everyday for atleast 3 years, but after having 3 knee surgeries over a year ago i have been unable to continue at the risk that if i damage my ligaments again i may have to wear a crazy iron man knee brace for the rest of time! Anyway what i am trying to get at is that i have put on weight in my thighs and but on a bit of a belly. I have just started taking thermobol to speed up my metabolism along with my weekly plan which consists of:


6.30 wake up and take a thermobol tablet

7.00 i have a big bowl of porridge and fruit

10:15 i have another thermobol tablet

1:00 i have 2 chicken sandwiches and a bag of unsalted nuts a fruit

3:00 i have my last thermobol

5:00 i get home from work and have a protein rich meal, chicken or steak (etc)and fruit

6.00 i go for a run for about 30 minutes and then when i get home i will do some crunches


i drink about 2 litres of water everyday aswell.


So as you can tell already i need alot of help with my plan haha.

Well, along with supplement, you may consider swimming to lose weight gradually if possible. Because swimming allows you to feel relatively weightless and glide through the water, you may not realize the hard work you are performing.

Most people are trying all means of weight loss, but they are fail to loose their weight. Exercise and proper diet plans are necessary for those people who really want to loose weight. Drinking hot water in early morning which is one of the best benefit.
