Help with time management

Hello,

So I plan to lose about 25 pounds in the next 3 months. That's a very realistic goal to me! I just have one tiny problem, and that's my horrible time management skills. I am on a diet, that I mostly stick to... (I plan to stick to it full on from now on! ) I'm 5'3, 147 pounds and 21 years old female. (Just FYI ) I can not seem to fit in a work out time in my day!

I am a college student, and I go to school 4 days a week at 8 AM (I take the bus or a taxi, and it's about 40 minutes away, a good 20 minutes of it is walking ). I have classes almost back to back until 5:30. I used to go to work at 6 till 9:30 PM... but I realized that was basically killing me, so I probably will quit. Now, I get home at 6:30-7 (traffic that time is horrible!) and after a very hard day, I just can't move. (and I'm very lazy! :D ) I eat dinner at 8:30 (very late, but I have to!) and go to bed by 10:30. So, I can't squeeze any more than 30 minutes of work out, and that whole getting ready and rest after means 30 minutes is actually an hour of my day! I have to put aside time to study, otherwise I'm in huge trouble as I'm already so behind on school work.

So... any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi, CELHbbCoach

I'm the same, even with studying. If I go for a quick "nap" I almost certainly will fall asleep, and my body just needs to get at least 8 hours of sleep, I don't know why. I don't do much compared to my 56 year old mother, and she only sleeps 5 hours at night. I really do need more hours in the day... lol

I second working out as soon as you get home. There are a lot of free workouts on youtube, they range in time and intensity pretty good so you can change it up to avoid getting bored. I found that if I had to go somewhere to work out it wasn't going to happen (took too much time away from me). For me I like to try to fit in my workout in the morning around 6am, but its not always easy and really depends on when I got to bed the night before.
