So Im 19 years old I am active in sports ect. but i just graduated and am coming out of an injury where i shattered my collar bone. It now has a plate and screws in it. Now I used to work out and I just started to for the first time AFTER i had to surgery (its been about a years). But i Notice when i try to bench press or anything like that. Dips, Pushups, Lat pulldowns ect. I get a tingy feeling in my muscle? Is this normal? is this just the muscle building itself back up? Or could i be hurting myself?
