This is my first post....I am 35 years old have been working out now pretty regularly for about 15 years with the normal ups and downs (6'5" with as little as 8% body fat at 210lbs to 16% body fat at 200 lbs). Right now I am kind of in between. In the last 12 months something has happened and I can not figure out how to correct it. My shirts always want to 'fall back' on me. When I am wearing t-shirts, the shirt falls back and the front of the collar 'chokes' me and I am always tugging them forward. What have I failed to workout and what is needed to correct this problem? I have lost quite a bit of thickness in my back, could this be contributing? Any thoughts and specific exercises to help remedy 'my choking' problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!
