Hiya guys,
I am signed up and have now lost 4lbs! whoop whoop lol. Now comes another challenge... I am an access to healthcare student and for one of my assignments i am going to do a 20min presentation to young mums on the benifits on healthy eating and exercise for both mum and baby. I eat all of the "right" foods myself so this should be a doddle but im getting really stuck. I want to do like a snack replacement when i can swap foods such as crisps etc for healthy alternatives. I was hoping to also prepare a few things to take in so the mums could try some of these foods rather than just going loaded with your bog standard fruit and veg. If anybody has any ideas of what i can do or any recipies that would be great. I was thinking of some low fat scones?? or something similar and mayb some brown pasta dish?? Oh so many ideas are flying around in my head about this lol.
Thanks for your help guys
