Help with routine

Right now I'm 17 years old, 5'8 and weigh about 190 pounds. Right now I wanna lose weight and get more definition.

I go to the gym six times a week, low weight a lot of reps. I run 7 times a week. The Monday and Wednesday I do speed training - 10 yard sprints, 40 yard dash etc. I do HIIT 2 a week and the other days I just do endurance running.

I'm also taking L-carnitine to get some help burning fat and weill be buying Hydroxycut when I'm done with Accutaine in a month.

I eat very healthy. Get plenty of protein, veggies, stay away from carbs and If I have to eat carbs I'll eat whole wheat and healthy carbs.

Monday - chest, arms
Tuesday - legs
Wednesday - shoulders, back

Haha ok, anyway I don't have any time right now to give a response, hopefully others will, but you are 17, there is absolutely no reason to take hydroxycut. Thats for fat lazy people who have no motivation at all. Learn to do it the right way, its worth it. Also eating "very healthy" does not include drinking beer and smoking cigs.

In his defense...thats his buddy smoking not him. But amped is right...cut out alcohol if you want to drop some weight. Not only do the calories add up quickly, but it really screws up your insulin levels which tells the body to store more fat.
