Hello - a good friend is a mixed martial artist at a competetive level. He is looking to weigh in 15 pounds lighter than his current weight of 222lbs. He is 6ft 2in -very athletic and cross trains but isn't sure what to eat to accomplish his goals without losing energy and strength. An idea's on what he should be doing to accomplish this task in less than 6 weeks? Excercise idea's would be greatly appreciated as well.
