HELP with plan?please

What is better to help lose weight jogging, stepper or elliptical? Here is my work out plan

-20 jog (4.7) -20 jog (4.7)
-10 walk (3.8) -10 walk (3.8)

20 mins eliptical 15 mins stepper

Ball Crunches (30)(15x2) Ball crunches(30)(15x2)
Leg lift (30each)(10x3) Leg lift(30each)(10x3)
Bike Crunch (20each)(10x2) Bike Crunches(20each)(10x2)
Ball arm pull(30each)(switch) Leg Press (50)(10x5)

Pull down bar(30)(10x3) Squats (20-30)

Is this a good plan to do? My goal is my upper thighs and my hips.
 
well losing weight is mostly about what you eat. lifting & cardio are two close seconds. to slim down your hips & thighs i would say the eliptical machine is best, because a more impact cardio like jogging would make your legs more muscular. but remember that an eliptical machine is easier than jogging, so do it with the same intensity & length..

Also remember that there's no such thing as spot training for weight loss. The reason you would do an exercise to target a particular area is for tone (muscle growth) in that area. So if you want slimmer legs/thighs, like Mreik said, you'd want to avoid working those in particular -- however, if you just want better looking thighs, getting some tone on that region is a great way to do it.
