Help With My Routine

Sup everyone, for awhile now ive been trying to get the best workout possible. I am 16, 5'5, and weight 116lbs. Pretty small but in good shape. I really need to get a routine down. There are so many types what is the best one for me? Split routine, upper one day then lower, full every other day? I am so confused. I have a chart which i got from here:


I am working every part on there. What routine do you think I should use to get the best results and do you think I should add anymore body parts to the chart?
