Help with food choices..

I just had my first baby 5 months ago, and I've gained quite a bit of weight since then. I need some help. Because of this I don't have time to cook really, maybe 30 minutes tops. And I never have a lot of time to eat breakfast or lunch, because it is just me and her all day.

I really need some dinners I can cook that will help me lose the weight and won't take long to cook. My husband's allergic to onions and peppers so we can't have anything with those unless they're optional and I can cook it without. And maybe some idea for some easy lunches and breakfast?

I don't have any exercise equipment, and no stroller right now so I can't go out walking with her, so for the time being I just have to worry about the healhty food. So any recipes or suggestions will help..
