I dunno about fat content etc but salad's smutthered in sauce are high in fat.

If I was choosing I'd say the following where the healthier options:

Our chef’s daily favourite served with freshly baked garlic dough balls. Though I'd probably leave the dough balls.

then I'd have:
Warm Chicken
Chicken breast pieces with red onion and mushrooms, glazed in soy sauce on a bed of mixed leaves with cucumber, peppers and tomatoes. Served with garlic ciabatta bread on the side.
I'd leave the ciabatta though.

finally:
Sorbet
Three refreshing scoops served with a sprig of mint. Choose from Lemon or Mango, or have a little bit of both!

Not sure if this helps you but it was fun choosing :) I think the sorbet being mainly ice is the healthier option.

I hope you have a lovely time, it all sounds delicious!

Does this restaurant have nutritional info on their website? Most of them do.. That is how I choose what to eat.

If not, I'd get a chicken or vegetable based soup first with no bread or crackers.
Then I would get a chicken salad with no bacon/cheese/croutons/etc. and ask for their lowest fat/lightest dressing. Mostly going to be Italian or Raspberry.
For dessert either one sounds good, but me personally I'd go with the sorbet.

OR why not just treat yourself to a nice evening and eat whatever looks good? You need to treat yourself once in a while.

Good luck.
