help with breakfast

im not sure but im pretty sure porrage is making me bloat so i want to cut that out of my diet. So i was wondering whats the next thing i can have 4 breakfast thats really healthy. should i have egg whites on toast or just egg whites or special k or muesli or protein shake or fruit and yogut. im just not sure please help. i want something with lots of protein and low fat.

Fruit and yogurt.....Is a good one. If you can do egg whites on toast however i've cut bread out of my diet becuase it makes me bloat. I don't think Special K is all that good read the details on the box if your in the UK try weetabix or weetabox crunchy bran its really filling and you can have fruit and yogurt with that....

I'm not a specialist in food but I know what suits me.
 
scrap the special k right away, it does absolutely nothing for you and will only leave you hungry.

try a decent cereal, i have a medium sized bowl of branflakes with a handful of chopped almonds and raisins. egg on toast is good, i usually have an egg mid morning.

bit suprised that porridge bloats you though, although i know it can be a bit heavy. what do you have it with? do you drink anything around the same time?
 
umm i have a chooped banana and lately sultanas with it. Oh yea and i use shape light milk to make my porrage. dont really drink anything else around that time.

I have tried glass of milk in the morning with eggs.Also my favourite is musli with jogurt or milk,adittional info u can find at this link
