HELP with a project!

Hello!

My name is Alice and im currently starting my 1st Minor Project in my last year studying 3D Design at University college Falmouth.

The brief that I am working on is to design a product or system that aims to help people to self control their eating.

I would be very grateful if any of you could help me by compleating a food diary which could be sent via email or just answering a few questions.

Hello Alice,
For me self control came after finally "hitting bottom". A family member and friends suggested a program to me that is all about getting healthier. I gave it a try and it works amazingingly well.
I'll admit the first few days weere tough as I had to make some major changes in my eating lifestyle (mostly becoming truly aware) but after the first week I started to feel better then ever and have not looked back. It's been 18 months and the weight is still gone and I continue to eliminate inches without even trying very hard.
In general my food diary is this:
~ Nutritious shake for breakfast, along with a cup of fresh seasonal fruit
~ Two Snacks throughout the morning
~ Lunch is a large serving of veggies (salad or stir fry) with a protien and some light - whole grain carbs
~ Two more snacks throughout the afternoon
~ Nutritious shake for dinner (sometimes adding another protien)
~ Two more snacks in the evening

On the ocassion I slip into old bad habits my body and sprit feels it right away and I'll feel yucky. :drooling:This makes it very easy to maintain control. Also as people see me (especiually those that haven't seen me in a long time) make comments like "I bearly recognised you" or "what happened" or just plain "Wow!" it's great.
This plan allowed me to drop 40 pounds in 90 days and keep it off for over a year. I'm still working on the final 10, but continue to feel great.:jump:
