Help Wanted Please

Hi guys

Im new here, and i want help and advice. im 21 and i weigh 27 stone which is getting me down and my height is 5ft 10, i started a calorie count diet 2 weeks ago and i go gym 3 times a week now, i feel brilliant now for it and the fact im trying to do something about my weight. I weighed recently and lost no weight but im lookin slimmer, i dont know why?

Any help much apreciated!

Hi there,
New to this forum also and wanted to get into exercise and weight loss after not being to active.
Good news, hubby has decided to join me so we can exercise together and lose weight together, thank goodness I was dreading having to do this on my own, now need to decide what program to use, any ideas from you guys something you or your friends tried personally?
Getting involved with someone, hubby or a friend has made a lot of difference to my attitude, give it a try.
