Ok, I have the workout and cardio stuff down good and I do it ever day, but since diet is such an important that...I need help with that now.
What kind of diet should I lean for on losing fat, currently I just eat whatever is sitting here
but I don't eat alot ( I can barely finish a burger). You probably cannot make a diet for me, as I will have to do that because my stomach gets upset very easily (fiber=bad
)
