I may not know what im talking about but im offering my ideas on what i did, but if im wrong anyone just correct me. For when i started a diet on the first month I just ate very healthy and i excercised 4-5 times a week usually just running or jogging a mile. Now i do crunchs, situps, and all of that. But you can't lose fat in just one certain area. Just mainly eat good foods like on a saturday have a cheat meal to eat whatever you want. But in the week days eat lots of fruit and vegtables and also lean meats. Everyone else help me out here im not good thinking off the top of my head.
