help pls

how comes when im bench pressing or doing chest press my palms always give up first, and i dont feel anything in the chest ? its like i could do 50kg 1000 times before my chest would feel a tickle :S

any ideas how to involve chest more?
i do contract it at the top then move the bar/dumbells down slowly

are you saying you can't keep holding the weight because your hands get fatigued?

if so, you need to work on grip strength and forearm development.
 
ye thats what im trying to say, its my palms which ache first, i cannot hold the weight and i start to get cramps

would working out the wrist be any help ?
