Help please :)

Hey everyone. I'm 280 LBS, 5ft 8". I was bigger but i'm losing the weight. I've got that downpact. My only problem is 1 my skin is hanging/going to hang like a mofo and I dont do weights cuz.. i dont know how! It's just eat correct, Cardio. Rest. but I really want to mix in weights or bands now.. I heard i'll lose weight even faster and better results if i do weights or bands then cardio after. But I don't want to pick up a weight and be like DUHH what to do with this?.. I can't find a routine so far that I can understand and come to terms with..

I don't care how hard I have to work. I have no job, no gf.. nothing right now. So I can be in the gym 24/7.

I really want to go for the athletic cut look. I don't want to be gigantic. but i dont want to be skinny.. Something like Ryan Reynolds in Wolverine Origins movie. Not skinny not huge, but cut like a mofo. Athletic body type and cut up.

Please help me out here

Really hard to give you a routine to do. Basics are always the best:
Squat
Lunge
Leg Extension
Calf Raises
Bench Press
Pushups
Pullup
Bicep Curls
blah, blah, blah....

Join bodybuilding.com, or do some research on exrx.net, really hard to give you a routine without knowing what you can do. Both websites have workout routines and both have pictures and or video on how to do the exercise.
