help please

hi guys i need some help i want to lose about 15 pounds now i no i asked this question before now but every one keeps telling me i'm to young see i dont want to stop eating i want to do it in a safe way so can you help me out thanks alot
 
Make small changes - have a glass of skim milk or water instead of soda; replace fast food meals w/ a turkey sandwich on WW bread; have a salad everyday before supper, and instead of dressing, squeeze some fresh lemon juice on it.....

Keep eating - but healthier - and you will lose weight. Try to be more active than you are, too - maybe go for a walk after school or after supper. You'll be surprised at how little changes make big differences.

I don't know what your current diet is like, so if you want more specific advice, maybe you can post it?

Honey you are too young to start "dieting" - everyone is! You just need to make sure you are eating healthy, thats all. I HATE dieting - noone can stick with it for long and then they wind up gaining all the weight back! UGH!

do you like sports? If not, could you ride your bike with friends or walk your dog to the park and play frisbee? I know I sound like a grandmother! HA! What I am trying to say is be creative - dont just sit around the house - explain to your parents that this is important to you, maybe they have some suggestions - you know cleaning your room is great exercise! HAHAHAHA! just kidding, but I bet your parents would LOVE that one!

You are at a milestone in your life - enjoy being young! Enjoy being able to get up off the floor without searching for something to hold onto! HA!!
