I am new to the fitness.com forums, but I was wondering if someone could help me out with my 'losing weight' issues. I have done research upon research but organizing that 'perfect' meal and exercise plan to stick to just doesn't formulate. I am 5'3" 114 pounds. I don't work out. I want to get down to 100 pounds. I have a pear-shaped body with fat thighs and a big butt- it gets thinner from above and below that trouble area. What kind of diet should I change to, and PLEASE will someone tell me what kind of exercise I should do? I definitely want to incorporate some major form of running in the cardio part of the exercise program, but I don't know what to do- as in how much for how long? I am thoroughly confused as y'all can probably see

An average diet would consist of 2 mugs of coffee with 3 full teaspoons of whole-fat milk and 2 flat teaspoons of sugar, a slice of white bread, a slice of pizza, 2-3 apples and some form of not very healthy meat. My diet sucks and I am ready to commit to a new one is someone would tell me what it should be like- I was thinking about 3 wholesome meals in the day so I don't snack on crap...like skim-milk and oatmeal for breakfast followed by salads and lean chicken/fish for lunch and dinner... I have NO IDEA... PLEASE HELP ME ... SOMEONE
