Help please

Hello guys i am 16 years old kid and i am 101 k/g i am trying to lose weight, for now i am just doing cardio and i’m scared from skin lose, please if you have any advice just say it. Thanks.

You can get help and advice here, I'll try starting it.

First thing I suggest you do is start a diary on the Weight Loss Diary page (https://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/weight-loss-diary.9/ ). You can tell us more about yourself and your goals there, it will get you more attention and advice.

My other suggestion is that you start tracking what you are eating, I post my food everyday and so far it has worked well for me, others have other equally good approaches. Then you can begin to understand what your eating habits really are and what needs to change.

Oh, I would also suggest giving us a name to call you, just a first name, and it doesn't even have to be your real name, just something easier than your username.
 
Welcome to the forum, at 16 I would expect loose skin to not be a problem for you as you loose considering your current weight
 
I agree with Truslyver on the lose skin thing. One of my periods of big weight loss was over 100 lbs when I was about 30, the loose skin was no problem then. Now at 66 its a different story, but you are too young to have much problem.
