help please........

Hi, My name is Stan. Relatively medium frame, 5'10 and weigh 175 lbs. I was 150 lbs around Jan but slogging at home for 2 months shot my weight all the way upto 78 kg. I tried running outdoors for sometime, but nothing happened. Other issue that I have is that I have surprisingly large hip, buttocks and thighs for my body size. My overall strength is low as I can barely do 5 push ups.
All my trousers, jeans are still safely tucked up in the cupboard .. hoping to use them in the near future.
Couold some one share info on how to reduce my fat, overall and particulary on those areas..

All the success stories on this forum has really brougth a divine light and I am hoping some of you could share their experience on how to bring my body back into shape..

do you know how many calories you consume on a daily basis?? As far as working on specific spots, unfortuantly, theres no way to spot reduce :( But stick around...we'll help you out :)

you can build muscle in a specific spot though, which is the other thing he'll need to work on. I agree with Korrie though, first figure out how many calories you're eating, and how many you SHOULD be eating
