Ok, I'm Ashley, I'm almost 18 years old, and two months ago I had a little girl named Kira. I honestly used to be really hot and i weighed about 125-130 (never more than 130) While i was pregnant. I went up to about 205 because I had toxema (pre-eclampsya) which makes you basically have high blood pressure and gain ALOT of weight, and makes big babies. (8lbs 10oz.) About a week after I had her I went down to 170 and I've just been hanging here. I'd need to lose about 50lbs to get where I was but i'd be happy with 25-30. Any advice from other new moms who sit at home all day and are tempted with bad food and stuff??

Hi Ashley :) I'm 19 years old and have a 5.5 month old baby. 180 was my highest during my pregnancy. I am now down to 137.5. I am a stay at home mommy, so I am tempted all day long by my cupboards and refrigerator. The only thing that works for me is that I plan my diet ahead of time down to the very last calorie and even more importantly I stick to it! I'm the type of person who loves schedules so this really works with my personality. Also I do about half hour cardio and half hour strength training 5 days a week. Good luck on finding what works for you :)

i commend both of you b/c you wanted/did do something fairly quickly after your births. me, i have a 3 year old and an almost 2 year old and i only started about a year ago. nevertheless, i don't have super advice other than, if you are determined to do it..you will! so do it! :)
