Help Please...

Hello from Tampa FL.. Newbie here...

Im a mother of 3 and a teacher. Trying to make time to lose weight is so hard for me but now I look at myself and i need to do something about it..
In the morning i have been walking a mile and in the evenings i have been walking a mile..
Im 5'4 and 200 pounds.....What do I need to do to lose some weight
I eat healthy. And i know i need to start drinking water

If anyone can help please tell me

The walking is a great start, you should increase the intensity of your walks. Go to www.johnberardi.com and check out his nutritional articles related to getting lean; I believe one of his articles is titled "Lean Eating."

At some point, joining a gym would be a good idea for promoting more lean muscle mass which contributes to a higher potential of fat burning.
