Hi there.
I'm getting a bit down about my non weight loss. I had a baby 1 year ago by c-sec and as soon as I was allowed to exercise I started, and have lost all the baby weight but not everything I want to lose so for the last 3 months I have really upped my weight loss efforts to try to reach my goal, but nothing seems to work..
I do exercise at least 5 days a week, no less, a combo of cardio(hiit running on treadmill) and cardio resistance hiit(insanity beach body) which I mix up and swap eg different videos each day and swap between am and pm workouts.
For my food consumption I don't eat much red meat at all, just chicken and fish, I eat salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, peppers, corn etc) for dinner every night with either walnuts or tuna or feta, no dressings just balsamic.
Home made muesli (NOT toasted with butter and honey) during the day, no honey, skim milk, low fat yoghurt, my snacks are fruit or whole grain crackers..
I do not eat anything bad eg chips, choc, pizza, ice cream, sugar, fizzy drinks, fast food for example yesterday as a treat I had a small bowl of homemade chicken curry... and it was my daughters bday party the other day and I felt guilty for eating a cupcake!! This is starting to annoy me as I think I am doing enough!
Maybe it's something else like thyroid???
Any suggestions or comments are more than welcome
Thanks!
